We would love to guide you through our Turn-Key Full Concierge Service in which we design, plan, manage, and implement the entire project, taking care of you and your home every step of the way! For smaller projects, we offer Consultancy Services such as Design Consultations and our popular VIP Designer for a Day Service.
Our specialties include Renovation Management, Color Coordination, and Home Staging and Styling.

Designer For a Day
Consultations
Custom design and home renovation services, expertly curated and implemented from start to finish. From our first hello through the design selections to the final celebration, we’re in your corner throughout your project, creating beautiful moments in your home while managing all the details - so you don’t have to! We work through our systemized process to deliver an exceptional experience that’s as enjoyable and beautiful as your gorgeous new home.
Our full attention for 6 hours of brainstorming, troubleshooting, selecting, and scheming to bring your design ideas out of the Pinterest boards and into a real, clarified vision. We can develop a design plan for an entire room, create a list of recommendations to purchase, or shop with Karen’s preferred vendors to make selections together. This day is yours to use as you need -- and is so much fun!
For smaller scale projects or just a little assistance, you can schedule a one-time Design Consultation or a Color Consultation to transform your space. We can visit your home in person or virtually to provide design advice, suggestions, and answer all your questions. You will receive detailed recommendations or a paint schedule by the end of your session, customized to transform your space.

02. Design Development
Design & Selections
Our Design Team will create and develop the designs and plans for each space in your project, meeting with you to present the space plans and selections for materials, finishes, and furnishings, which may include flooring, lighting, tile, plumbing fixtures, paint colors, furniture, and decor. We’ll prepare any drawings or documentation needed for construction, in conjuction with the Home by Hattan Build Team, or your preferred architect or trade professional. With an approved final design, we purchase all of the materials and selections on your behalf.
03. Implement
Execution of Plans & Project Management
We’re partners by your side to see your project through to completion! For any construction or trade work needed, we work closely with the Build Team or your trade professional, serving as your advocate and design expert to ensure the highest standards of quality, and that the work is being implemented in accordance with the design plan. We handle all of the logistics of ordering, delivery, and installation of furnishings and decor. And as we complete your project, we celebrate with a Sip and See Reveal Party to show off your new space and enjoy with your family and friends!

Explore & Establish
During this discovery phase, we dig deep into your lifestyle and project goals, working collaboratively and gathering information to establish the vision, scope, and budget for your project. We’ll guide you through the process, dreaming big while exploring the investment needed to create your vision, so you feel informed, excited, and empowered moving forward. This phase culminates with the creation of your Custom Project Overview Guide and an invitation to complete your project with Home by Hattan.
